India is a large country having a population of more than 102 millions. India dominates the South Asia and the Indian Ocean, geographically with an area of 3,280,483 sq. kms. About 17% of the World land surface. A variety of cultures, languages and religions like Hinduism, Islam, Buddhism, Sikhism, Christianity, etc., make India a nation having unity in diversity. Hindus account 78% of the total population, 12% Muslims, 3% Christians and other 7%. Lord Jesus Christ laid His life to redeem people from their sins to give them salvation and eternal life. It is our duty to tell this to the people at any cost. ELIM an indigenous Christian and social not for profit organization registered with the Government of India is striving to reach every Indian with the gospel of Jesus Christ before His coming. Officially the ministry was registered in the year 2001 but the Lord has been using us from 1998.It is our desire to fulfill the Great Commission by spreading and sending the gospel message around India while at the same time ministering to those in and around our own community. |
